Fire Damage Restoration

A-1 Perfection specializes in restoring property that has been damaged by fire and smoke. We will work with you and your insurance company to restore your property to its pre-loss condition as quickly as possible.

If you have suffered a loss due to fire or smoke damage, A-1 Perfection is available to assist with 24-hour emergency board-ups, including tarps and fencing – and a 24-hour manned security company, if needed. We will remove all water and moisture resulting from sprinklers and fire hoses used in extinguishing the fire, and if necessary winterize water pipes to prevent freezing.

Our Cleaning & Restoration Process

Our Pack-Out Inventory System

A-1 Perfection uses a Pack-Out Inventory system (POI), in which all the contents are inventoried, photographed and bar coded for tracking through the entire pack-out and cleaning process, from move-out to move-back. A detailed photo documentation and accurate computerized inventory is provided to the Insurance Adjuster, Agent and Insured. All items are stored in vaults at our state-of-the-art climate controlled secure facility until restoration is complete and your items can be returned.
