A-1 Perfection employs qualified individuals with an extensive knowledge on mold remediation. They hold professional designations by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) and the Indoor Air Quality Association (IAQA). In addition, A-1 Perfection’s experienced staff of tradesman can replace or rebuild any and all damaged structural components.

How Mold Remediation Works

A-1 Perfection will provide a professional and comprehensive inspection of your property and can recommend a third party Industrial Hygienist (optional) to prepare a protocol for remediation, so that any potential health risks can be eliminated. We will then begin an appropriate course of mold remediation and containment.

Mold removal and/or containment may include the building of proper containment barriers to prevent the cross-contamination of mold spores; specific procedures must be followed based on the threat present. Our employees use state-of-the-art mold removal and cleaning techniques including portable air scrubbers, application of antimicrobials, and HEPA vacuums to ensure thorough mold remediation.

A-1 Perfection will utilize media blasting such as soda and dry ice blasting to remove contam-ination from stud walls, joists, attics, and crawlspace's. We can remove, clean, contain and dispose of any affected structural components according to IICRC mold remediation guidelines.

A-1 Perfection will decontaminate, clean and store any affected contents using our Pack-Out Inventory system (POI), in which all the contents are inventoried, photographed and bar coded for tracking through the entire pack-out and cleaning process, from move-out to move-back. A detailed photo documentation and accurate computerized inventory is provided to the Insurance Adjuster, Agent and Insured. All items are stored in vaults at our state-of-the-art climate controlled secure facility until restoration is complete and your items can be returned.
