1. Within 15 minutes of reporting a loss, you will be contacted by an A-1 Perfection Project Manager who will conduct an Initial Situation Assessment.
2. Within two hours, an A-1 Perfection Rapid Response Team will be dispatched to the scene, lead by an experienced project manager who will be responsible for the claim from beginning to end.
3. Same-Day Estimates. Our on-site estimating vehicles (wireless mobile offices) allow us to complete accurate Xactimate estimates and a complete scope of work directly from the job site.
4. An inside claims coordinator with be assigned to every loss to keep you and your insured’s informed of all aspects of job progress, from start to finish. This provides an unequaled level of customer service.
5. Detailed photo documentation will be provided to the insured, insurance agent and adjuster.
6. All contents are inventoried, photographed and bar-coded for tracking throughout the entire pack-out and cleaning process, from move out to move back.
7. Our work is performed by highly skilled, certified staff personnel. This allows us to maintain complete control from beginning to end.
8. We provide a step by step schedule of all work to be performed. All work is completely guaranteed.
9. Upon completion, you will receive a signed customer satisfaction survey rating our work and confirming you made the right choice by referring A-1 Perfection.
